Horrible experience at New Year’s Party Masquerade party. Spent over a $400 for cold food and not culinary stations.

We did not enjoy our Masquerade dinner party at Deja Blue: this is unfortunate, because we are frequent customers at Deja Blue. Specifically, the paella dish was heavily over cooked - basically burned, the meat was very rare, the dinner included a full bar: but if you wanted to order a scotch you were asked to buy the entire bottle! The DJ played only one type of music for a long time, until several persons complained. It is too bad: we enjoy DEJA BLUE very much, but could not say the same for last night’s masquerade dinner party.

I was shocked at how nice this place is. Food was cooked perfectly, atmosphere was amazing, and service was quality. Don't let reviews from 5 years ago deter you from this amazing spot.

My wife and I just came in at 430p to check if we wanted to use the place for my daughter's Bachelorette dinner. The blond Spanish woman was so rude. Yelled across the restaurant that we couldn't come in or speak with anyone told us to leave. Didn't ask or give the opportunity to see what we wanted...just leave. Guess my money goes elsewhere if they are rude and dismissive now imagine once we are there for an event. 2 minutes of customer service could have made the difference. If the owner wants more details I can surely spend time explaining.

This is one of the best or probably the best restaurant of Parkland. Sorry for the bad experience of other. I am planning to comeback next month with more people. If will receive the same treatment like today, this will my monthly restaurant
